In 1933, the „Loos Mansion“ (by Walter Loos, a student of Josef Hoffmann) was constructed on a steep slope in Kritzendorf/Klosterneuburg - an example of Austrian functionalism. Until the 1970s, the holiday home belonged to the painter Sergius Pauser. After a change of ownership, the house was uninhabited for approximately 10 years. The authentical restoration of the original condition was supported by Pauser‘s widow who provided old pictures and stories.
